AGENDA
8:30 - 9:30am Registration & Coffee Networking sponsored by Palmetto Amusements

9:30 - 11:00am Planning is Everything
As the Cheshire Cat pointed out to Alice - "If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there". The question then becomes, where do you want to be? Determining where you want to end up is the best place to start.

11:15 - 12:15pm Documenting Success
What's working? What's not? How do you know? Can you prove it? Answer these questions and consider ways to use this information to improve your organization.

12:15 - 1:00pm LUNCH
Lunch is provided and is the perfect opportunity to meet other regional planners!

1:00 - 2:30pm Putting Your Best Foot Forward
What's the best thing that you do? What do you do that improves lives, communities, and maybe even the world? If you don't know the answers to these questions, you should. If you're not sharing this information with the right audiences prepare to watch others pass you on the road to success.

12:45 - 3:30pm Motivating Staff to Success
Whether paid (otherwise called staff) or unpaid (otherwise called volunteers), those who do the work of your agency make or break your reputation and ultimately your business. Determine ways to motivate staff to personal and organizational success.webassets/BonnieStevensPhoto.jpeg
